I basically now don’t deny that I have a bad eating habit and I am trying to figure out why. I pick my fruits based on colour. My favourite fruits are variants of the colour yellow. Bananas being top of the list followed by pineapples. I am also into oranges/tangerines and of course avocados. I avoid red fruits. There’s this red one that is said to add more blood to your body, bleugh. Not all red fruits though. But if I were to be given new fruits to try, I would try the yellower ones first.

Why am I like this?
